Pool party this Saturday evening! A Palermo resident has asked us to post this announcement:
"My friend Phillip and I would like to host a very casual get together at the big pool on Saturday the 16th at 7:30 PM. We will provide some snacks and beverages (in cans of course) and please feel free to bring whatever else you'd like. This is just a chance for the neighbors to meet each other and to have a little fun. Hope to see you!

What a wonderful idea to have a laid-back chance to meet more neighbors. A big thank-you to Andy and Phillip for coming up with this plan to promote our community spirit. Miss Penny Lane says: Those summer temperatures are hanging around, so it's back to the pool for Palermo, and a Cosmo on ice will quench her thirst while she's watching our local hotties.

ReplyDeleteHey everyone, this is Perry. Pool sounds like a great idea. Do you think it would be ok if my son had gone in the pool there. My wife would watch him. He is only 6. If not no biggie, he can enjoy the party either way.. We should probally put up a tournement sighn up sheet at the club house. People can sigh in for the tournement. IF someone could get the post up at the mail boxes and put up the sigh up sheet, let me know its done and I will start to try to get some people in.

I was hoping to close this Friday on 240 Enterprise Way and start the moving in process immediately but have had to extend the closing date to deal with newly discovered issues: hopefully nothing too serious!!! I would consider it a privilege to join other Palermo residents Saturday evening even though I am quite not a "real" resident at the moment!!

Very fun! Count Craig and Warren in! Finally able to get the hell out of LA for a few days! Yay! Looking forward to meeting everyone. Perry, you have to bring your son...we will be happy to baby sit. Is it OK if we bring a few friends who are professional pool sharks? Jeremy please come even tho you haven't closed yet. We want to meet you! Andy let us know if you need us to bring anything.

ReplyDeleteYour arrival from the Tundra in December will make a good excuse for another one! I think there will be many new people here at the holidays, too, because buyers I met from the far north said they will be here then.
