Lake Palermo?

Positively Palermo received this photo with an e-mail asking: "Does anyone know why there's a huge pool of water in the undeveloped parcel? It looks like the fire hydrant was squirting water for hours, but not sure. Anyone know what's up?" Miss Penny Lane says: Palermo has lovely swimming pools, and now we have a beach as well.

    It was a broken sprinkler head in front of one of the old models
