They have partnered with a shelter in Sacramento, CA and Canada! The pets are flown to these shelters where there is a very HIGH adoption rate! But, many times there is a lag in room for the dogs, so there is a need for short-term fostering ... Maybe one of our Palermo-ites would like to 'doggy sit' for a few weeks!"
