Happy Halloween, Palermo Palm Springs

This Halloween, about a half dozen residents have gotten into the spirit of the holiday by putting up lights or other decorations or setting pumpkins out. Next up will be the light displays at Christmas for all to enjoy. Palermo is a special place. Miss Penny Lane says: She has no candy to hand out to trick-or-treaters because she ate it all in a late-night craving.

    I imagine our Ms. Penny wandering the community is costume and nobody knows it is her. SHe must love this night able to come and go without notice.
