Year in review: Holiday cheer lights up Palermo again

Concluding our year in review, the No. 10 story of 2012 was the most-ever display of holiday lights, showing the cheer of the season was alive and well at Palermo Palm Springs. Miss Penny Lane says: She's tanned, rested and ready after some days off work and away.
