Post card touts just-listed $299,900 listing
A resident has sent Positively Palermo post card that came in the mail advertising the $299,900 listing. Thanks! Miss Penny Lane says: She'll be shopping today for a new rain hat.
It is true the original owners put a lot of TLC into that place from the Midwest but then rarely used it so they sold (not a short sale) and it is really nice.
I saw this post about our home and want to thank Miss Penny for posting.
Yes, this one was previously owned by an employee of the builder so she was able to upgrade the home with things other units do not have.
It was never lived in full time until now so everything was like new (frozen in time).
The yard was not in good shape and the pool was stained. We had the entire yard landscaped, new everything. The pool was completely overhauled, stripped down, new pebble tech and a new high efficiency pool pump. New resurfaced pool deck (will not fade).
Culligan water softener installed and drinking/cooking water faucet filter in kitchen. New A/C compressor and a few other items.
Barry Manilow is one of the original Palermo owners. His condo is rented out. It's across from the pad where Drew Barrymore partied down during Coachella a few years ago.
It was bought for "an ex" of his to live in and once they moved out it was rented to some Canadians in the music field, they had Juno ward stuff hanging up in the garage (funny!) and now someone else rents it. Our place is by that home. There is a new spa in the yard;bet that has some story or two.
Slick!
ReplyDeleteLove it.
ReplyDeleteThat's awesome! That unit has the best view since it's sits on an angle.
ReplyDeleteBest of luck to them!!!
It is a nice unit. Back yard is a gem.
ReplyDeleteThey completely remodeled that yard. New landscaping, resurfaced pebble tech pool and pool deck. It's like a model home.

ReplyDeleteI don't think he would own here.

ReplyDeleteHow do you think it got its name of MELODY LANE?
