Grove of palms pop up at pool!
Palermo-ites came home from work tonight to a surreal scene of an instant, pop-up grove of Mexican fan palms at the community swimming pool that was not there this morning. How did this happen? Miss Penny Lane says: She thinks the grove is groovy.
Saw the trees when I got home but it was already dark so I couldn't see all of them ------ glad to see this photo of all of them!!!!! It's a grand entrance at Palermo. Pretty impressive- glad to live here.
I am a hopeful buyer at Palermo. The pool area is like the kitchens and bathrooms in a house, as in the real selling points. I have not been able to locate any pool and hot tub facilities like Palermo in how they are built and the design and new "improvements" are like icing on the cake. Palm trees speak of Palm Springs and truly make me want to own there more but the inventory is limited, there's been no 1 bedroom type on the market for years, I could go to a 2 bedroom but want one on the inside and all that have been on the market in the last year have been on the outside areas. About the pool, maybe consider Cabanas next. The painting looks refreshing. I can't wait to get out of the cold weather and be an owner in Palm Springs. So many complexes in PS are getting run down and fees are higher. I have been looking at Palermo for 1.5 years. Someday!
Will be even nicer once the trees are not bound up like that.

ReplyDeleteTo 11:33 I have heard there will be at least 2 one bedroom units up for sale soon. At least by the end of the year. Keep watching.
ReplyDeleteNice work HOA board, the palm trees look great & we will have a much cleaner pool area now....thanks!
ReplyDeleteJust arrived at Palermo: Paint, fantastic. Pool plans, beyond words - crazy cool. What's next? The management has set a high bar for itself.
