Palermo Palm Springs received some rain today, such a rare happening of late that it merits a note here. A resident submitted this picture looking out the north side of our community toward the windmills and the Little San Bernardino Mountains. The lucky residents living on the north side of Melody Lane get treated to these mountain views every day. Miss Penny Lane says: She's just lucky her garage isn't full of junk. Otherwise, she would have needed to park outside and the rain would have wrecked the shampoo and perm she just got at the Turquoise salon on Palm Canyon Drive.
