Trick or treat, Palermo-style

A morning stroll around Palermo Palm Springs reveals how our community is settling in and the neighborly spirit is flourishing. Just a couple of years ago you never would have seen a single Halloween decoration. That's not the case today. Miss Penny Lane says: She's watching her figure, so this Halloween she'll be sticking to a diet of eye candy at the pools.
