Indian Canyon Drive is closed at Tramview this afternoon. No news on the reason why, but there is a wind advisory in effect for the valley. Miss Penny Lane says: She was at a watering hole downtown when the wind picked up and blew the little paper umbrellas from the cocktails into her new beehive hairdo. She hates it when that happens.
