Reminder that the HOA fees have increased starting this month
Positively Palermo has received e-mails expressing surprise that the HOA monthly fees have gone up. So for others who may be the dark, the dues now are $268 a month, up from $241 a month. Miss Penny Lane says: Every dollar counts these days.
