A new buyer for the unsold 'Enterprise' condos and land?
Positively Palermo received this e-mail: "Has anyone heard that another buyer has stepped up (for the former Enterprise properties and undeveloped land) and the HOA is meeting with them?" Miss Penny Lane says: If so, cheers to them all.
I too heard another buyer is in the mix.
