Dec. 1 brings a bit of winter to Palermo Palm Springs

Much of Southern California is under wind advisories. Palm Springs had a high of just 62 degrees. The skies are gray but the winds aren't blowing at Palermo right now at all. Indian Canyon Drive is still open. Miss Penny Lane says: She's toasty and cozy in her Snuggie sipping her hot tottie at the lovely Palermo.
