When are the additional community trash bins coming?

Positively Palermo received this e-mail concerning the community trash service: "Penny, Happy New Year to You. I thought we were supposed to go to all community dumpsters and get rid of the front door individual trash service on Jan. 1. More dumpster locations were to be created. Is not the HOA budget based on this, or the dues would have needed to go up even more? Please advise." Miss Penny Lane says: More trash talk!

    Whu is everyone with the except of a few anonymous, in the sense of community it would at least be nice to have names, even if ficticious, but for everyone to be named anonymous how do we resond to a particular anonymous, for example for me you would respond to Sandy or to Miss Penney, be creative make your self a cute name or even your real name.
