Positively Palermo has an update that may concern about the chihuahua spotted in the community. A resident reports: "Hi Penney, I ran into a woman on a pink bike outside the fence who said she was looking for a black chihuahua and that the dog was 'stolen.' She lives a couple of block from here." Miss Penny Lane says: Thanks for the information.
