Positive buzz

Positively Palermo received this e-mail: "Penny, I want to say thank you to the HOA board for wasp nest removal. I was told there was a big sweep through the entire complex to try to get this problem taken care of in the spring rather than just wait and wait. THANK YOU!!!!"
