The area around the vacant models gets a clean-up

Positively Palermo received a report of a major clean-up by Emilio's Gardeners of the landscaping around the model units, which aside from a tree removal and trimming may be the first big sprucing up the around the models since a Chicago bank took over this property. The trees were trimmed back after complaints (the trees were hanging down into the street for a long period.) Let's hope this is a sign of interest by the bank.
