Julian Market building in bank sale

A bank for-sale sign has been posted on the Julian Market building on Indian Canyon Drive. The market and auto shop have been closed for about six months, since November 2011. Miss Penny Lane says: She likes the new 7-11 down the road on Indian Canyon for a few guilty pleasures.

    The family also had a Palermo condo taken away by the bank.

    @ 4:54 - and the other crappy buildings along San Rafael... With the new community college on the way, that strip could have good potential for some retail development.
