Happy Halloween, Palermo!
Positively Palermo wishes everyone a happy Halloween. Miss Penny Lane says: She'll be out in costume tonight so say hello.
I know we don't have many kids in Palermo but I sure hope the 3 or so kids were able to get some candy!
