Palermo to get re-painted

We did not own here from the start and now are wondering what the paint colors did look like. These desert conditions are extremely harsh on walls, along with with wind blowing.
ReplyDeleteThe winds are blowing in the right direction for us at Palermo these days. I AM an original owner, to answer the 1024 post, and the last year to year and 1/2 have seen a rebirth of Palermo.
ReplyDeletePaint, baby paint. Night and day since we got Euclid in here.
ReplyDeleteAgree the change over to Euclid was important. But not not to add the attitude healing at the board level. I now have three board member I can call up and talk to. Major league change. These people work their butts off.
ReplyDeleteLooking good Palermo!
ReplyDeleteIs the pool heated?
ReplyDeleteI sure hope the big pool is heated. We arrive on Sat. and always look forward to our daily swim. Is there a problem?
ReplyDeletePool was emptied and cleaned. On Tues, Travis posted on Palermo 92262 on Facebook that the heat would be turned on sometime this week.
ReplyDeletePools of that size usually take up to 3 days to heat all depending on the outside temp. SOP in the desert is for pool to be heating in mid October until late April or early May.
ReplyDeleteWHo is responsible for this repainting?
ReplyDeleteRe-painting makes me happy.
ReplyDeleteThanks!
ReplyDeletePalermo has made such a turnaround. We should be thanking the board, especially Travis for this work. The financial picture has been dramatically changed and the buyers of the Enterprise units/land have helped, and the Euclid switch.
ReplyDeleteDont forget about Harry who has done so much work for Palermo. We are so lucky to have him in our community.
ReplyDeleteI couldn't agree more. Harry and Travis are the reason for the turn around and positive outlook for our community. A big thank you to both of these board members.
ReplyDeleteLets see the new paint!!
