Re-painting continues
Thanks to the Palermo-ite who sent us this picture of the re-painting that is going on. Miss Penny Lane says: She's ready for a colorful weekend.
Nice hike in property values with this painting, and that the dues are kept at a good $294 per monthly. Bravo to those who have done this. Home prices have doubled here in the past 18 months. There is an election this January and we all must rally around the board to stay this course.
These people have worked tirelessly for this community. Proof is in the pudding. The new landscaping at the swimming pool with the new palms is simply a fantastic change.
I am psyched about getting down to Palermo to see the paint transformation. What a difference in the entry way to Palermo with the yellow popping out and cool stylish colors back as they were before. Palermo is becoming the showcase again. Good job to all involved over the years.

ReplyDeleteI forgot to add the I heard that our president is not going to run again and if this is true we are all really really screwed.
ReplyDeleteIf this board does not stay in place there go our property values I say.
