First of the unsold condos enter the Palm Springs market
And it begins. The first of the unsold homes at Palermo, built by the Enterprise Cos. and then bank-owned and now privately held, have gone on the market today. It was in November of 2010 that the front doors of the 34 units then-owned by the Enterprise Cos. of Chicago were posted with a "Notice of Unified Trustee's Sale." But Palermo has persevered through the years of economic crisis to reach this day with the community ship-shape and ready for the future. Miss Penny Lane says: She's sold on Palermo.
up up and away……………...
ReplyDeleteman, I wish we had boughten another place at Palermo when the prices were down.
ReplyDeleteHello to Palermo, does anyone know when the units will go on the market; was told it was in January ..?
ReplyDeleteThey started selling them yesterday.
ReplyDeleteSo good
ReplyDeleteWe got notice about 2 months ago they were going on the market. Its been a good 4 years at Palermo, but we're being forced out. At any point they can give 30 days notice to vacate. :/
ReplyDeleteTo 11;26, I guess it is time for you to buy; everyone knew these places were gonna be sold so no surprise there.
ReplyDeleteBusy days with all the open house traffic i guess this is our future
ReplyDeleteHello Palermo community- I am interesting in buying here and attended the Open House- what a beautiful place this is and I spoke with a women walking her dog and said was so pleasant. From the outside, one does not see the beautiful design and atmosphere of it there………………………!!!!!
ReplyDeleteThis is a wonderful community. The people are very friendly and inviting. I don't think you will regret buying here.
ReplyDeletePrices are spiking up at the Palermo town homes with sales being logged in the low 300's range.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely fantastic news. We have owned since the beginning and it was a bit scary to hang in there with so much uncertainty. But we love our place and had faith that things would get better. Thanks to our neighbors, the HOA board members and the new owners for investing in our future!
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to someday have the little Palermo dog park that was in the original plans.....
Dog park...yes!!! That was a main selling point for me at the time. :)
