Alert: Front exit gate is broken. UPDATE: It's fixed now

The exit gate to North Indian Canyon Drive is busted. The metal arm is detached from the left-side gate and that part of the gate is now sitting open. The right-side of the exit gate still opens when a car approaches to leave the complex, but it's probably best to use the back exit gate to San Rafael. Thanks to the resident who alerted Positively Palermo and sent in this picture. Miss Penny Lane says: She's sure the our management company and security patrol will get this fixed, chop chop chop.
