The snowbirds are flocking to Palm Springs. Positively Palermo has received a request from one Canadian owner to add the "back home" weather report for those here in the desert for the season or holidays. We've added some cities. See the left-hand column, under the Palm Springs weather report. E-mail if you have other recommendations. Miss Penny Lane says: Seeing the chilly weather in Chicago and Calgary makes her want to run to the hot tub.

So how are all the cry babies at Palermo doing these days? Do the renter's still suck and do you hate them all? Are you all still complaining about the security force, the clubhouse being dirty, the pools being noisy, the cars still in the streets or let alone the drive ways?
