Owners report HOA bills arriving late

Positively Palermo has received complaints that some HOA bills for January 2011 have arrived just days before their due date. There also were problems with last month's bills, such as some owners never receiving one. Miss Penny Lane says: She can't be bothered with bills today because her pink champagne is chilling.
