thanks for the heads up.
Thank you everyone. How many years went by and the HOA did not address this in a holistic way? Hornets were all over the place so that we could not use the pools. This year was the FIRST EVER that the hornets were taken care of in the spring/summer time, with total inspections. Now the HOA is following up. Thank you to the HOA board for being proactive and trying to take care of this situation. We are fortunate to have HOA board members who respond and listen.
The board is doing a bang up job. This whole recall thing looks to me to be a power grab. I am sick of the vile, uncivil tactics and will be supporting those on the board who have been personally attacked. I have spoken to a board member and am impressed by the closely way they are handling this. If I were down there, I would be out knocking on doors for them.
To 5:40 AM, you refect my sentiments exactly, many thanks & well done to the current board!
Good news all around. Love to hear it. Palermo has become a fantastic place to live. I rent here and aspire to own.
Everyone should know that this wasp problem is being addressed by of the HOA president Travis. He is always there for our calls and emails and just stopping by his place. We are so lucky to have him.
Great Board! Pools are clean, security has improved, the gardners now doing a great job and understand what the plants need. They have also spent 100's of hours related to the sale! Hurray !!Thank You for all your unpaid labor and time
I was shocked to hear from a neighbor that a Website had told people to take videos of board members. People who volunteer do not sign up to be treated like that in my opinion and I fully support the board officers and if there is a change in the board there wil be many unhappy people here.
Love our board! Those who don't support them after all they've done are so out of it. Viva Palermo!
The board we have to so self-less, doing all this work and having to put up with the you know what. The past election was a landslide that said something, didn't it?
