Positively Palermo received this question: "Hi. Does anyone know why the No Parking sign on Melody Lane was knocked over and there were black marks over the payment ....?" Miss Penny Lane says: She's signing the praises of Palermo these days.
Don't worry about: The HOA board president was out there and took care of it, and got the contact information of the moving company responsible for the damage the sign and concrete wall. It's all taken care of,
Another reason to vote for people who actually live here to be on our board; We are in the Northwest and it is reassuring to know we have live-in board members to help watch over and be caretakers of our precious Palermo. For far far too long we had a board that never lived, not even slept a night there maybe!, and now we have owners there and watching over our community.
OK, I now am going to vote in the recall election, was waiting to hear everything. Voting for: the board: voting against the child who put the baby-talk on the Net attacking the board. I am not in elementary school. Whomever did that must know nothing about communications and getting people on one's side. Good luck to the board.

I like this blog, but I wish it weren't so Anonymous. Any thoughts on standing behind one's convictions and declaring who you are? Anon, for now.
