From the description, this should be a B unit, not D...
They could have even gotten more. The sellers are Enterprise employees who signed the recall petition, so they were planning to leave but still interfered even though they live in Chicago. Nice. really nice.
Neighr got a flyer in the snail mail from someone selling real estate and living at Palermo, but always a good measure to check with their neighbors for the scoop before engaging. good idea.
It actually is a D unit, the D and B are very similar inside, a little different outside. The D does not have the double sided sundeck which adds to the square footage of the B. Both are really nice models although they don't have the really high ceilings of the A or C units.
The upstairs deck is included in the B square footage and the deck is HUGE. The D also has a small front yard area behind the wall in the front - big enough for a bbq or small table. The other units don't have this feature.
