Palermo HOA dues will not go up

This just in: Positively Palermo has learned that the HOA dues for 2013 will remain unchanged, at $294 per month. HOA dues have been going up ever since Palermo opened in 2007, with the present dues more than four times what some owners paid in the beginning. The past two years alone have seen increases totaling about $300 a year per unit. Miss Penny Lane says: Cheers to this news.

Thanks to the hard work of our WONDERFUL BOARD.And all of the owners that deteseted the recall but voted our board back in, despite one mistake made by the bank. It is cooling off weather wise too. Enjoy Neighbors!! And dog walkers PLEASE pick it up!
