Happy Easter to all. Just a reminder, please put the backs down on the loungers at the pools. When they are up, they tend to get blown into the pool.
Happy Easter to my kewl neighbors. A resident of 9 mos now and I love this place. Looks hot. Hope to buy when the right unit comes on the market.
Not at Palermo this Easter, but always there in spirit.
Great Easter weekend here. Lucky.
There are a great bunch of people living at Palermo...every time I stay there, I feel welcome! To the person that has been there 9 months, I think there may be other short sales that come up, since the tax break ends for short sales this year, and that is a significant. Next year a person doing a short sale will be pay tax on the difference.
To the above anonymous post. This is just in case it was due to my post.
I wasn't there for the White Party weekend and I DO extended stays, but I would like to know the answer to your question, for any future stays. ;-)
Article II, section 2.5.1 of the CC&Rs prohibits rentals of a unit in Palermo for less than 30 days.
Let's all adhere to the CC&R's. Rentals of <30 days risk Palermo's reputation as a stable community and deter would-be buyers. Short term renting invites the party crowd and nobody wants to live in that street. (Not that there's anything wrong with having a party now and then as Palermoites are so inclined :)
