Sharp shot of the re-painted Palermo along Indian Canyon. It looks like the painters are moving down Melody Lane's west side. We also received an e-mail report of fresh "cover dirt" being spread where plants went in last week. We hope to get a picture soon of the new pool-side palms before they are untied. Miss Penny Lane says: She's on the move like her Palermo is these days.

I have been looking to buy at Palermo for 1 1/2 years and I never knew these were the first colors of the community, the combinations I have seen on the Web here are fabulous. I can't get down there until 2014 but an eager to see them in person.

I have been unable to get down there since the painting started. Please post more pictures. The complex should be done by now. I think we were told it would take about 6 weeks. Since I own a villa, please post a picture of the new and improved villas. Thanks. Hoping to get down before Christmas.
You should get down from Canada cuz it sure is looking good at Palermo, paint is a major league improvement. The painters are nice fellows and doing such a careful job when they did mine. Way to go!
The newly-painter yellow/mustard color is so alive looking and popping; you should get to the complex to take a look yourself, and the deep gray is cool.
Just arrived for the CHILLY weekend in Palm Springs and our first time seeing this new paint job, fantastic job. Kudos to those who made this happen, like a wonderful Xmas present to the people of Palermo.
It certainly is a cold this weekend but Palermo does warm me. Life is good here.
