A Palermo resident has this request: "Can you ask to see if any homeowners have recommendations for window cleaners that are reasonably priced, and who will do 2nd story windows (not all will!)." Miss Penny Lane says: Many residents might be interested in this, so please help out if you have suggestions to clean up the windows and let the Palm Springs sun shine in.

Good question. When I bought I was told that the HOA/management would be periodically cleaning the outside windows on the second story. That hasn't happened.
Would be great if DRM contracted with a service and let us all join in at a good rate for get the windows cleaned. That would be a SERVICE. Why can't DRM do stuff like that and help us? We pay $241 a month for a SERVICE but we get BS. Nothing thoughtful or proactive from DRM.
Hello everyone, I wanted to get our windows washed when we first moved in. You can Google window washers in palm sprigs and a few places come up that do the two story buildings like ours. They were not cheap, about $20 per pain plus a set up fee. However, the company that did our windows, I believe the name of the company was after hours. He does some work around here. I do not have his number handy but will try to find it for everyone. He was interested in getting a bunch of people who want it done so that he could give us all a good price. If you are going to use him let him know that he did my windows on sun burst and I am sure he will give you a break in the price. If you cant find his number post to me that you need it and I will make sure I post it for you. After Hours does the cleaning of the clubhouse. Didn't know they did windows. Thanks for the tip.
I called DRM and they recommended Harold to wash the windows. 760-574-0068. I don't know if he's licensed but will call to find out cost, etc.
Okay, I called Harold...he's insured...and he's going to clean our windows mid-October.
Could someone let me know the cost? I should probably do this too but might waiting until the repainting. I thought the HOA did the outside window washing, though.
