Mountain tops get their first light dusting of snow
Just in time for Thanksgiving, the San Jacinto Mountains received their first dusting of light snow this weekend. Here's a picture from a Palermo resident. Miss Penny Lane says: Thanks for another visual treat.

While I appreciate snow on the San Jacinto Mountains certainly bodes cooler temps for Palm Springs, today's forecast in Calgary, Alberta- even friggin colder. minus 38 (that's celsius!!!) with the windchill. According to the news, we are the 2nd coldest place in the world right now. Antartica is 1st ~ BURR, BURR and more BURR. How I long for Palermo!!!! Avi's Dad!!
