Holiday spirit of our neighbors lights up Palermo Palm Springs
Trees, of the holiday variety, are popping up all over Palermo Palm Springs. You can see them sprouting outside both sides of Melody Lane. A big white tree with a red base in a front window has shot up Sandy Point Trail. Residents are opening up their window blinds and curtains to show off their new Christmas trees. Just a few years ago, anyone walking around Palermo would be hard-pressed to see any holiday festiveness. You'd rarely even spy an random lit-up Christmas tree peaking out of the dark windows. But today Palermo has had an explosion of decorations, and it's not even December. Miss Penny Lane says: The twinkling lights brighten her heart, and are a reminder of the jolly crew of good spirits who are creating the new community that is Palermo Palm Springs.

Here is the weird part. Our contracts are with VPM not Enerprise. So, if we are asked to leave early who is breaking the contract? VPM?
Love the lights. Waiting to see more on my street. There's a cool tree in the window on Breeze near Melody. (Regarding the above about VPM, I think they anyone can break the contracts (leases) and we get to stay through the duration of our lease, until you are just month to month, and then they have to give you 90 days. But it is odd because VPM is the middleman and could the new owner just toss out VPM and void its contract, and then what happens to us? My guess is that they would honor the leases and just not let people sign new ones and gradually clear them out for sale.)
We love the lights especially the festive lights on the palm tree!
I can't wait to have some snowbird visitors at Xmas and walk them around Palermo at night to show off all the lights and trees. Palermo spirit, yea!
Love the lights. Melody is representing!
Love the new tree on the QS
Love the snowman on Melody. He's like a big bear in those colors.
