Maps of Palermo: Streets and unit types

The 117-unit Palermo Palm Springs is made up of two-story townhomes and single-level villas on eight streets: Breeze Loop, Enterprise Way, Foothill, Melody Lane, Penny Lane, Quiet Side, Sandy Point Trail and Sunburst Boulevard. Below are maps of the eight streets, with the address, unit number and model type of each condo on the street. See the bottom of this page for details on the seven Palermo floor plans, A through F. Please note that the pools or spas pictured on these maps do not necessarily mean they've been built. It's thought that about 20-plus units have pools, spools or spas. We've noted the units that are believed to have backyard pools/spas but the list isn't complete. Please let us know of any mistakes or changes. You can click on the maps below to enlarge them.

Sunburst Boulevard has 19 units. It is the only street that has at least one example of each of the seven different Palermo floor plans. The seven condos on the west side of the street are all two story, two bedroom units. The 12 condos on the east side are all single level units, 10 one bedroom units and 2 two bedroom units. Sandy Point Trail has 18 condos, all two story, two bedroom townhomes. Quiet Side St. is a U-shaped street with 17 single-level villas. All the units, except for the three noted, are one bedroom condos. Enterprise Way has eight condos and the clubhouse and swimming pool. All the units are two story, two bedroom townhomes. Foothill Avenue currently has just five condos, all single level villas. If Phase 2 is built, Foothill would be extended and have 17 more single-level units. The existing units are: 3508 Foothill (#186), one bedroom F model; 3518 Foothill (#184), one bedroom F model; 3528 Foothill (#182), one bedroom E model; 3538 Foothill (#180), one bedroom F model; and 3548 Foothill (#178), two bedroom G model.
Palermo Palm Springs - Phase 1


There are seven floor plans at Palermo, all with private yards of varying size and shape. The models are:
- Model A: Two stories, with 20-foot ceilings and glass windows in the front of the house. Two bedrooms, office loft, 2.5 baths, upstairs patio, garage (1,375 square feet).
- Model B: Two stories. Two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, upstairs patio, garage (1,320 square feet). The Model B units are the ones with a wall that shields the view of the front door from the street. The wall has three square openings.
- Model C: Two stories, with 20-foot ceilings in the back of the house living room. Two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, upstairs balcony, garage (1,275 square feet).
- Model D: Two stories. Two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, upstairs patio, garage (1,286 square feet). The Model D units also have a small walled-off patio on the street front.
- Model E: Single level. One bedroom with small office area, one bath, carport (831 square feet).
- Model F: Single level. One bedroom with office area, 1.5 baths, carport (936 square feet).
- Model G: Single level. Two bedrooms, 2 baths, office area, carport (1,131 square feet). All G Models are corner units.
 There are: 33 Model A units, 18 Model B units, 17 Model C units, 15 Model D units, 16 Model E units, 12 Model F units and 6 Model G units.
