Palermo residence on market for $299,900
A Palermo Palm Springs two-bedroom condo is on the market for $299,900, another increase in the offered sales prices of non-distressed sales at Palermo and signaling the steady increase in property values at Palermo since mid-2011. The listing is here. One real estate agent who provide this info to us says it is possible for a bidding war may happen as it is non-distressed and below the "comps" for this type of offering in Palm Springs. Miss Penny Lane says: Palermo's time is now.

That home should be at least $360,000 in this market of little new modern construction, pool and private yard, and I must addin an HOA that has its shit together like ours does which is rare in the valley.
I want to add that owners should be thanking our frickin lucky stars that the HOA has a balanced budget, has socked away money in reserves to triple them in two years, and dues have not gone up for two years now to boot and we have a HOA that wants to hear from people that they are putting big changes or ideas of changes out to election.
Prediction: $360,000 selling prices by March 2014.

Sorry, this will sell for about $230K. It has a lot of upgrades, but those don't always add to the selling price.
Um, the selling prince last fall for this unit was $260,000 so 2:00 does not make sense - probably it is just from on one of the would-be buyers who missed the boat when prices were low and is just wishful thinking. Any upgrades were made after the $260,000 selling price last year.

3:16 is SO right! There is NOTHING in PS under $350k that can come close to Palermo. This unit that's for sale is a great deal especially with the college down the road starting end of the year.
Seems that this unit has it all, with the view, pool/spa and beautiful interior.
