First of the unsold condos enter the Palm Springs market

And it begins. The first of the unsold homes at Palermo, built by the Enterprise Cos. and then bank-owned and now privately held, have gone on the market today. It was in November of 2010 that the front doors of the 34 units then-owned by the Enterprise Cos. of Chicago were posted with a "Notice of Unified Trustee's Sale." But Palermo has persevered through the years of economic crisis to reach this day with the community ship-shape and ready for the future. Miss Penny Lane says: She's sold on Palermo.

We got notice about 2 months ago they were going on the market. Its been a good 4 years at Palermo, but we're being forced out. At any point they can give 30 days notice to vacate. :/

Hello Palermo community- I am interesting in buying here and attended the Open House- what a beautiful place this is and I spoke with a women walking her dog and said was so pleasant. From the outside, one does not see the beautiful design and atmosphere of it there………………………!!!!!

Prices are spiking up at the Palermo town homes with sales being logged in the low 300's range.

Absolutely fantastic news. We have owned since the beginning and it was a bit scary to hang in there with so much uncertainty. But we love our place and had faith that things would get better. Thanks to our neighbors, the HOA board members and the new owners for investing in our future!

Can't wait to someday have the little Palermo dog park that was in the original plans.....
