In the trenches

You may have seen the work crews on Indian Canyon Drive and occasionally on San Rafael. They have dug trenches and closed lanes at times. It's unsure what they have been doing, but it one e-mailer suggests it has to do with water or sewer lines. (See the picture above emailed to this site.) Now Positively Palermo has been asked to post this question: "Has anyone noticed a change in their water pressure or toilets flushing since this work has started. Ours occasionally seems off." Miss Penny Lane says: Is there any connection?
