Positively Palermo received this e-mail: "The trash bin is full and trash is outside of it on Saturday night and no pick-up until Monday. What will it look like by Monday? Someone moved out on Sunburst or at least took stuff out from an Enterprise property and this is what they left, so yes it is time for a move in or move out fee because we end up paying for this or have to live with this deplorable situation.
