Uncompleted developments in Palm Springs

Today's Desert Sun has a story on developers "picking up the pieces" of uncompleted housing developments. It is at www.mydesert.com. The story says: "Building permits peaked in Riverside County seven years ago, when 30,350 homes were approved.
