'Palm Springs Gardens' vacant land listed for $1.2 million by Palermo

Positively Palermo received this e-mail about a 3-acre vacant retail property on Indian Canyon Drive near Palermo Palm Springs called Palm Springs Gardens: "New land is up for sale near Palermo for a retail development. It's on all the real estate websites with the address of 3801 N Indian Canyon Drive ...  It mentions Palermo in the listing. Maybe we can get a Trader Joe's in our neighborhood. Asking price is $1,195,000 and it has a proposed artist's rendering."  The link is here. The listing says: "Walking distance to the proposed College of the Desert.
