In the dark
Right now, on Sunday night, all the outside lighting at Palermo is off. It's pitch dark out there even though there's no power blackout. This is a safety concern. During the day, the pool lights are on and in the afternoon the landscaping lights come on even though the sun is shining. Yet for the past nights the landscaping lights have been off completely, or they have been off during some of the time at night. Crazy, isn't it? Miss Penny Lane asks: Why are we in the dark at Palermo?

The lights are been spotty. Why?
The lights were on OK last night.
Do something about the dying plants. There aren't being watered enough. Does the gardener see it, or does he just ignore it????
The gardner approached my unit with his blower and blew a bunch of debrie up against my window including 2 plastic bags. He saw what he was doing. This guy is a lazy ...The Palm trees on the right on Breese@Melody are dying.Any on with a hose close by that could soak them a couple thime a week?
My unit also had a bunch of trash in front if it - junk food bag, milk-bottle top ring, paper. The guy is just blowing the stuff around. ALso lots of dog poop. Plants are dying too because of not enough water. I was raised at the last HOA mtg, and nothing has been done.
I agree. There seems to be more garbage around. I've started to pick it up.
