Palermo Palm Springs has terrific views of the mountains. Architect Chris Mills — yes, the same Chris Mills who is on the Palm Springs City Council — factored in the mountains when designing our community's buildings and streets. He tried to maximize these views whenever possible. Palermo residents can even watch the lights of the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway cars go up and down the mountain at night. Now that the holiday season is here, you also can see the colored holidays lights atop the mountain from Palermo.
