Water flowing in Phase 2?

Positively Palermo received this e-mail: "Hello Miss Penny, I'm not sure if anyone else noticed the broken water pipe in the undeveloped section, but it has been pouring water out for the past few days ... Anyone know who to call?" Miss Penny Lane says: Does anyone know the answer?

I saw that too. What's up?

Has anyone let the HOA know? This will certainly increase the water bill for the complex if not stopped soon. I just called the HOA number and left a message with the answering service. They said they would let the on-call person for Palermo know. Hope it's taken care of soon.

Come on people! Owner or renter, get on the phone and call DRM on their emergency number to report it. If you can't handle a simple call, how will you ever survive an earthquake? Where has common sense gone?

I actually did notify Brandi before posting this and got no reply. It occurred to me that DRM may not be responsible for the undeveloped section so that's what prompted the question.

I guess the word did get through, there's someone out there fixing it right now!

That area is not the HOA responsibility and they have no control over it except the road and gate. The water over there is paid for by the bank that owns the property.

I think you would call Michael Heath

Heath is the one watching over that property? Parts of need to be clean up a bit I think.

It seems like a lot of the Enterprise condos now bank-owned with renters who recently left are sitting empty. I wonder if the bank has said no new leases because a sale of all condos is near? Or is it just the slow summer season?

It seems like most of them have been rented out, but a couple are sitting vacant. Does anyone know if there was a winning bidder?
