Gates problems corrected ASAP
Positively Palermo has received a nice note this night: "Penney, Please, thank, the board for getting the entry gate that malfunctioned, fixed and corrected sooo fast tonight (Tuesday). Last time, it was left open for a day or two." Miss Penny Lane says: She came home early and has been eating ice cream watching CIS, so any gate problems is news to her.

Penny,lay off the ice cream ! darling ! It would be great if the gates could work when you push the button on your transponder once. Often it takes at least 5 times.
Let Penny eat ice cream. Someone has to.
to 10:24, push the button a few feet in front of the control & it seems to work better.
It was not a malfunction. I drove through the gate after two hours of attempting to use both my remote and gate code in vain, and after giving up on that, waiting for someone else to come along. I am sick and tired of having problems getting into my own community. The company that provides and maintains the gates, remotes, and codes REALLY need to get their act together.
