Green fencing gets some new panels

With all the going-ons, we neglected to report good news: Some of the more battered-up sections of the green fencing in the undeveloped Phase 2 of Palermo Palm Springs have been replaced. It's our understanding that the bank must pay about $300 a month for this fencing. Miss Penny Lane says: Thanks!
