What's going on at Phase 2?
Positively Palermo received a question about activity at the vacant model units in Phase 2 and the return of a white SUV similar to the one used by the Enterprise Cos., Palermo's former developer. It asks: "What's this mean? I thought Enterprise is gone." Miss Penny Lane says: The beautiful wildflowers on the vacant land distract her from noticing gas-guzzler.

If Enterprise and Bruce Bushore are back, I am going to a short sale.
Enterprise is NOT back and will NOT be back, the new potential owners have no connection to Enterprise.
Could not believe when I saw Bushore's car parked again outside the models. C'mon.
Why is the guy back here?
Bruce Bushore has been retained by the bank to assist in the due diligence process of the proposed sale. He is extremely knowledgeable and is very valuable to the process. The investor group considering this project for purchase is very happy to have the insider access. We are all in this together.
