HI Penny, Thank you for the prompt service and this posting. I am very very interested in buying my rental unit, and now I can see I have the best one (OK, I am biased but I love my place). I don't think I will have buyers remorse in that now I know what else is "out there" with the bank. I hope the new owner of the bank units is on the scene soon so I can make my offer.

I have a different view from 4:20. We would like to purchase a unit if the price is price thru rent to buy. We have put in some money of fix-ups but I would like a different section of Palermo (I will not get into why) and this shows a couple units that I thought were privately owned. I have my eye on two or three now that would make good homes. I did not realize one condo I like the spot of is could be for sale some day. Another unit by one of the pools is in an interesting space as well and I wish i could see the views and yard. DO we know if any have pools?

This is great. Owners love the place. Renters feel the same and want to become owners.

It surprises me too that some of these great located units didn't get snapped up right away.

These are great deals AT TODAY'S PRICES.

Think all g units are spoken for. There is one unit on here I want so much. Thought it was owner owned. Thanks Penny.
