Sprinkler repair company?

Positively Palermo received this request: "Hi Penny - I need to replace the manifold on my sprinkler system. It is leaking really bad. The pvc has cracks in it from the sun. Can anyone recommend a sprinkler repair company they have used in Palermo that I can call to have it repaired? Thx." Miss Penny Lane says: She's of no help but maybe someone else can be.

The bank owned properties and the undeveloped land are in the process of being sold to an investment company. They expect the deal to close in the next couple of months. A representative from the investment company was at the HOA meeting a couple of weeks ago and said they are planning to continue to rent out the homes they are acquiring - they plan to sell them at some point in the future when property values increase. I don't recall any discussion about the managing of the rental properties - whether the agent would continue or whether the investment company would bring in their own agent (one could expect to happen).

As a home owner in Plaermo, I agree with you about the positive changes recently.

as far as sprinkler repair, perhaps contact Euclid to see if they have a recommedation

Good thought to just with Euclid about the sprinkler thing.

I believe I saw this earlier on this site but I concur that "the spirit" at Palermo is pretty good. Neighbors are super friendly and look out for each another.

I rent but not through the bank, and I am quite happy.

I don't have a sprinkler recommendation, sorry. Please put me in the happy camp, when I heard about the settlement that the board got with the bank I was blown away at the job they did and getting across that message about why we were warranted this.
