'Happy pappy' at Palermo
Positively Palermo received this e-mail: "Hi Penny. First of all, love your informative blog. Second of all, must write to say life is pretty good at Palermo these days with the landscaping looking fab and pool nice and clean, no parking in the streets. The management changes has paid off in spades I say. I am a happy pappy. Peace." Miss Penny Lane: She's happy too these days because the triple digits give her an excuse for more DQ runs.

2012 has been a very good year for Palermo.
Palermo will be even better when this recall nonsense is over and done with and the hoa board doesn't have to deal with this tantrum. You know a recall isn't going any where when no one shows up for the forum they had, not even the radio guy as MC that they used as an "enticement" to get owners to attend, and he does not even show either, or maybe he never was since most of the other junk they put out their was probably faulty/wrong/misguided too. I don't even owner here but am sooo happy to this recall monkey off our community's back. Go 2012!!!
Tis must be the best community in Palm Springs; things are truly coming together here.
Happy days are here again, the skies are blues again ...
